Monday, March 18, 2013 – OEM Tip of the Week: March 18 – 22 is National Flood Safety Awareness Week

During National Flood Safety Awareness Week, OEM encourages you to take a few minutes each day to educate yourself on what to do before a flood strikes. Pay attention to flood watches and warnings, clear out catch basins in your neighborhood, have an emergency supply kit and Go Bag prepared and readily accessible, and have a plan of action should you need to evacuate your home or business.
